The world-famous The Hendonmob Championship Grand Final started already on Monday in Banco Casino with the opening Opening Event, which guaranteed 5,000€ for a €50entry fee. The first THMC event recorded 102 entries, so the first guarantee did not withstand the onslaught of participants. Vanessa Webley from England and Evy Albrigtsen from Norway faced each other in heads-up. The first trophy went to the islands and champion Webley took home 1,765€ from the opening tournament.

The biggest attraction of the entire event The Hendonmob Championship Grand Final is the Main Event, the guarantee of which is set at 200,000€ for a 199€ entry fee. Everyone who buys a "seat" will receive 100,000 starting chips and a clear task - to fight his way into the top 10% of the entries on the given game day. The progress will provide players with an ITM (certain financial reward) and the opportunity to fight for a beautiful trophy for the THMC GF champion at Banco Casino.

 

During the initial twelve levels, which are intended for registration or the possibility of re-entry, those present created 47 entries and this meant the advancement of five of them. The biggest stack from the opening day was secured by the home player playing in excellent form Peter Zolnai, who collected 1.7 million chips from his opponents.
