Before the initial deal, chipcount looked as followed:

  • Galotti Balász (HU) - 3980000
  • Papáček Roman (CZ) - 3630000
  • Szetei Pavol (SK) - 3350000
  • Fekete Gergó (HU) - 2245000
  • Sloboda Róbert (SK) -           2025000
  • Machalik Jakub (SK) - 1350000
  • Áč Karol (SK) - 1275000
  • Havlík Tomáš (SK) - 1230000
  • Gabriel Róbert (AT) - 1225000

All participants stared at a single point - first place and a reward of 25,154€, along with a ticket to the Banco Casino Masters, which will take place soon. In addition to the financial reward, the champion also won a gold bracelet worth of 2,500€, which will forever symbolize a great victory at Banco Casino and its biggest festival in the year of 2017, the Slovak Series Of Poker.

The final table started "sharply", when the first five dropouts were taken care of by Szetei and Papáček. All five eliminations occurred within three hours. But then, the short stacks began to gain strength, doubled and the chips traveled from side to side.

The fight for fourth place was difficult and long; in the blind vs blind situation, Papáček went preflop all-in with Ax 5x, covering his opponent Galotti with Kx Qx. Ax 5x 2x cards appeared on the flop and it already looked like a clear seat open for Galotti. But the mentioned poker luck prevailed and after the Jx tourn and ten on the river, Roman Papáček ended as a short stack, from where was no way back. Papáček received a reward of 8,061€ from the SSOP.

The last Slovak in the game, Pavol Szetei, was eliminated on third place, when he found an ace with a ten. He opened it and sent it all to Fekete, covering him tightly with KJ's hearts. Szetei called and three hearts landed on the flop and it was decided. Pavol Szetei received from Banco Casino Bratislava a reward of 10,878€ together with a ticket as each finalist for the nearest Banco Casino Masters.

Two players from Hungary, Fekete and Galotti, got into the heads-up. There was a discussion about a possible deal and the very first debate was successful. Gergo Fekete secured a reward of 19,000€ and Galotti 17,000€, and overtime was played for 4,611€ and a gold bracelet.

Gergo Fekete pulled for a shorter end in the heads-up when he was able to dial with Kx Qx against a pair of Galotti triples. Fekete collected 19,000€ for his performance!

Víťazom Main Eventu Slovak Series Of Poker sa stal maďarský hráč Balász Galotti, ktorý si odniesol 21,611€ po heads-up deale a získal aj zlatý náramok SSOP v hodnote 2,500€ spoločne s cenným titulom šampióna. Gratulujeme!
