Each visitor must register in the internal system on the first entry.
WHAT DOCUMENT IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION?
At the first registration, the guest will prove its identity via ID card OR passport OR driver's license. One proof of identity is sufficient.
The Slovak visitors must prove their identity via ID card or a passport every time they enter the casino.
WHAT IS DRESS CODE AT BANCO CASINO?
There is no strict dress code at Banco Casino, but sleeveless shirts and flip-flops are prohibited.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CASINO?
Smoking is allowed in the live games, slot machines and bar section. Cash Game (poker) and tournament part (poker) is a non-smoking area.
WHERE CAN I PARK THE CAR?
You have two parking options as a guest of Banco Casino?
1, Crown Plaza Hotel underground garage – first 3 hours of parking are free, every additional hour is 3€ (need to unblock the parking ticket at the casino)
2, Tatra Center underground garage (Vysoká 4) – 1€ per hour entire parking period (need to unblock the parking ticket at the casino)

HOW CAN YOU BECOME A CROUPIER / DEALER AT BANCO CASINO?
A croupier and dealer job at Banco Casino requires live croupier and poker dealer training. You can complete the training in Banco Casino courses.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A CROUPIER / DEALER COURSE?

HOW MUCH DOES THE TRAINING COST?
Completion of the course is free of charge.
WHAT DOES THE TRAINING INVOLVE?
During the course, you will learn everything you need to become a croupier/ dealer. Course will include as well internal training on business and legal matters.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE ACCEPTED FOR THE COURSE?
The candidate must be over 18 years, must demonstrate the highest level of education achieved, a clean criminal record, basic knowledge of at least one foreign language (knowledge of several foreign languages is an advantage).
The personal interview will decide whether the candidate will be admitted to the course.
