Banco Casino reports „Game is over“! The huge Main Event Polish Poker Cup with a prize pool of 334,100€ crowned the champion Agnieszka from Poland with a prize of 50,117€ and a gold ring - a symbol of the largest poker tournament of 2020 in Slovakia. The celebration of world-class poker, which was taken care of by Banco Casino, ended with the coronation of the winner. Now we have a massive one-day FIFTY GRAND ahead of us with a 50,000€ guarantee for just a 100€ buy-in - already this Saturday at Banco Casino Bratislava!

 

Such a poker festival is simply not seen every day. Each guarantee is reached several times, a standard comparable to world events, huge wins, big moments and electrifying atmosphere - Polish Poker Cup 2020 left a great impression on the participants and the reputation of poker in Slovakia in the world "rankings" advanced by several levels. The Polish Poker Cup brought the biggest Highroller in Slovakia, as it was attended by 167 players, who created a prize pool of 50,100€ and the victory worth of 10,455€ went to Peter Varga. The Cash Game zone burst at the seams and several No-Limit Hold'em or Pot Limit Omaha tables were played, tables full of EUROs and great action on them. This is how it should always look like!

The main event of the Polish Poker Cup Main Event created the second largest event in the history of poker in Slovakia and only two entries behind the Polish Poker Championship in December. Will the number 3343 be broken this year? We will see! Main Event redistributed 334,100€ among the players, and before the final day, for the champion there was 50.117€ waiting, as well as  gold ring - a symbol of victory in such a massive tournament.

The final table started and right from the beginning the home player Peter Čaládik was eliminated leaving with 2,836€, followed by Kaing Ty. According to Kaing own words, it’s the first time he got this far in the tournament. He was eliminated from the tournament by a coin flip AQ to six, when he hit a three on the flop, but his opponent was holding a full house. The foreign player took home 3,972€ for eighth place. The seventh place was taken by the Polish representative Morgiewicz for 5,251€ and the sixth place went to Žilina for Juraj Picek, who took almost seven thousand EUROs from Banco Casino.

This was followed by three quick eliminations in fifth place by Kamil Rymkiewicz for 9,939€, Martin Ilavský in fourth place for 13,702€ and Erik Šeffer turned a hundred euro investment into 19,101€ leaving in third place.

The last two players left in the tournament were home player Ivan Fedor and Polish player Agnieszka Kurdwanowska. Slovakia vs. Poland duel started with the leadership of Agnieszka in a ratio of two to one. The deal agreement did not pass and continued until the very end. The home player Ivan Fedor pulled for the shorter end in the heads-up, collecting 27,125€ for his excellent performance.

One hundred EURO investment was transformed by Agniszka Kurdowanowaska into a massive 50,117€, a gold ring and the title from Banco Casino. Big congratulations!
