BC WINTER SUPER WEEKEND: PETER HANZELY BECAME THE WINTER SUPER WEEKEND CHAMPION!

After all, the guarantee couldn't resist and another successful tournament from the Banco Casino Bratislava workshop had a final day on the program yesterday, where we met a new champion! Winter Super Weekend at Banco Casino recorded 524 entries and everyone advancing on the final day played for a beautiful 26,200€ prize pool!

54 players had made it through to the final day of Winter Super Weekend, and yesterday at 16:00 they unpacked their stacks at the poker tables. Each one of them presented looked at the first place, which was awarded by 4,549€, a ticket to the 100,000€ GTD Poker Academy Academy and a trophy symbolizing the winter edition of Super Weekend.

Each participant in the final day already had the security of a financial reward in the form of a min-cash in the amount of 91€. The names Vlado Valent (47th), Igor Panák (46th), Jozef Bartáloš (43rd), Michal Náhlik (39th), Andrej Desset (34th), Kokso (30th), Goran Hristovski (25), Roman Angleta (24th), Jaroslav Pipiška (23rd), Andrej Pirník (19th) or Jozef Szelle (13th) gradually left the final day.

Around midnight, immediately after the final table was set up, the remaining nine players agreed on an interesting deal. All were guaranteed 1,500€; fourth, third and second place 2,000€ and the champion was rewarded with 2,500€ and tickets to the Poker Academy. In the end, the home player Peter Hanzely won the title of Banco Casino Winter Super Weekend champion. Congratulations!
